Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of your initial order. If you wish to make a return you must inform me in writing by email or letter within 14 days of making your order. When making a return please send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged and ensure the same tube is used to return the item.

You will be given the option of an exchange or I will refund your payment minus postage. I aim to reimburse you within 14 working days. Items made to order are not subject to returns. For example, any artwork printed to order will be non-returnable.

Please note framed items are non-refundable.

IF YOU RETURN A PRINT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE SHIPPING FEE OF $15 AND REFUNDED THE BALANCE OF YOUR ORDER.

IF YOU EXCHANGE A PRINT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $15 FOR THE SECOND ORDER. FREE DELIVERY IS ON 1ST ORDERS.

IF THE PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED AND YOU NEED TO RETURN IT TO US PLEASE ADVISE US FIRST AND THEN SEND IT VIA 2ND CLASS SIGNED FOR. The maximum we will cover for return shipment is $8.00 for 2nd class signed for Australia and $25 for international.

*If you purchase a print as a Christmas gift between 1st – 31st December, we will extend our usual return policy until the 14th January. However any prints bought prior won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Handling Your Print

Important: Do not touch the printed area. When handling the print, only touch the white edge.

I have gone to great efforts to package your print perfectly! My printers have spent years searching for the best tubes with a good circumference so as not to damage the print. When we package a print we know how to roll it in relation to the paper grain and we also wear white gloves to ensure we don’t get dirty fingers on the print. We only send out prints that are accompanied by an Authenticity certificate that is signed and numbered by me. I don’t sign the actual print.

When removing your print, make sure to have CLEAN HANDS and gently twist the print to make it smaller, slowly pull the print out from the centre. DO NOT pull quickly at a corner as you will create creases!

Shipping

Please allow 2 weeks for your custom-made print to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this time frame. 

If your print is being framed please allow 4 weeks as all prints and frames are custom made with love. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this timeframe. Framed works are wrapped by professional art couriers in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival.

We understand that it is very tempting, but please resist the urge to open your print immediately. See our handling section, for instructions.
